We will look with you at what you have been doing and then we will develop an approach together that will efficiently transmit to you the knowledge you need and right tools for your lifestyle so that you may learn the new skills, implement the new habits and then continue with your life. While we believe that eating healthfully is an important enough part of life to dedicate our career to learning and teaching it, we do realize that it is just one part of life, or perhaps it can be thought of as a facilitator of everything else we would like to accomplish along this great journey.
Everyone has a different path when changing their eating habits and our approach will always take this into account. An essential piece of the approach we have developed is that there is no minimum amount of change you must be willing to make to get started. There are always small things that can be done that can start making noticeable improvements in how you eat and how you feel.
