This non-refundable fee is charged on the 31st day following a delivery where a cooler or ice packs are not returned and the cooler or ice packs have not been returned in the 30 days following that delivery.

This fee is applied if a client chooses to leave out a personally-owned delivery cooler on a trial or last order to have the courier unpack the client's food into it and so not have to worry about returning a cooler after the delivery. In this case the client may optionally request that we supply ice packs to maintain proper temperature in the cooler.
This fee is not refundable.
