Meal Delivery Programs

Choosing a program
There are two ways to order food from Macro-Mediterranean. You may choose from our wide variety of pre-fixe menu programs, selecting the one that best suits your needs and then letting us do the work of choosing your meals each week, or you may customize every meal you receive by turning a pre-fixe program into an a la carte order.

Our entrees provide 2 servings
Because economies of scale are a nature of preparing and delivering food and we strive to make maintaining a healthy eating pattern achievable and affordable, all our base entrees in our programs are designed to provide two servings. This helps us keep the materials and labor of packaging food for delivery to a minimum while providing a generous amount of food for a reasonable price with the goal of keeping clients' bellies and wallets full.

Add-on items for your orders
When placing a pre-fixe or a la carte order, what you are defining are the entrees that will take you through the week. You may then choose to add various extra items like side dishes or desserts to customize your order.

Programs
We offer 5 different program types that define the base number of entrees and whether they are delivered in one or two installments over the course of the week:

Family(from $5.20 a serving)
Consists of four-servings of 6 different entrees delivered on a single day and designed to give the most economy to families striving for a healthier lifestyle.

Twice a Week(from $5.41 a serving)
Designed to give maximum food and variety. 6 two-serving entrees delivered on Tuesday and then another 6 on Friday, ensuring plenty of food to get you through the week or providing most meals to a couple or small family.

Individual (from $5.50 a serving)
6 two-serving entrees delivered once a week, providing weekly nourishment to a single person with greater quality and economy when compared to eating out, ordering in or in some cases, cooking at home.

Less-Cookin' (from $7.00 a serving)
3 two-serving entrees delivered once a week. Intended to provide weekly lunches or dinners or to just spice things up on those nights when cooking is not possible.

X-tra Fresh (from $7.00 a serving)
Providing maximum freshness and variety. 3 two-serving entrees delivered on Tuesday and 3 more on Friday.

Each program type also has 3 menu versions to choose from:

Standard
We make the best selection of dishes from our menu offering to promote general health maintenance and well-being while being delightful andl appeasing to most palates.

Weight Loss
A selection of dishes from our menu designed to more directly promote weight loss by nourishing the body properly as opposed to simply cutting calories giving you energy and sustinance to help you gracefully and enjoyably achieve your weight loss goals.

Gluten Free
A selection of dishes made without wheat, gluten and other ingredients that can commonly be harder to digest for some people. This menu can also be used as the basis for an elimination diet to help identify food sensitivities or as general nourishment for those seeking meals to work easily with a weakened digestive system.

Customizing Your Program with A La Carte
For a small additional fee, you may convert any pre-fixe program to a la carte, allowing you to define the exact dishes you wish to receive and achieve 100% customization in your order.

Debra started the Macro-Mediterranean "Yes You Can" Study having a history of serious depression. She also has Type II Diabetes. In this short video she describes how her first 10 days participating in the study provided health improvements and gave her a new outlook for the future.


In January of 2007 Maria Mellano was suffering from fatigue, shortness of breath, anemia and high-fever. In the hospital it became evident that something serious was going on as the medical staff realized she was hemorrhaging into her lungs and kidneys. She was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease.

In this video you will hear her tell her own story of how through a healing diet and a Macro-Mediterranean approach to eating she has, in a short time, regained more health and vitality than her doctors thought possible.


Since beginning my learning with you I feel like I have become a part of a community of people seeking positive change in their lives. For the first time I am actually enjoying the process of changing my nutritional intake. (I do not want to call this a diet, as I feel like it is a lifestyle change).
