Creating An Account Is Easy
Getting setup to be able to receive Macro-Mediterranean Meals is simple. Just fill out our account creation form by following the link below. After setting up an account, you may place your first order. You are under no obligation to purchase anything by creating an account with us.
No Subscriptions And No Obligations
We are not a subscription service, so you can simply try a delivery with no further obligation, and you may use the service with whatever frequency is convenient to you.
Make Sure To Leave Notes For The Delivery Driver
When filling out the account creation form, please be sure to leave instructions in the Driver Notes about a secure location where they may leave your delivery if you will not be home to receive it (a vestibule, a front or back porch, etc.).
Please also include any other instructions they may need to perform your delivery efficiently and the way you desire (if you need it left with a office receptionist or concierge, or directions if it is difficult to find you once they arrive at your address). Please also be sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached reliably on a delivery day if there is any issue.
Our Order Deadline Is Wednesday At 5 PM The Week Prior To Delivery
Our order placement and cancellation deadline is Wednesday at 5 PM EST for the following week's delivery. After this date orders for are firm and cannot be cancelled and we have a limited ability to accommodate late orders. If you do wish to request food after the deadline, please email or call us as you will be unable to place orders online for that week once the deadline has passed.
Orders Are Delivered / Shipped Once A Week On Wednesdays
For your planning, orders are delivered locally within the Boston Area and ship-out to further destinations on Wednesdays each week (shipped orders will arrive on Thursday or Friday depending on distance, and you will receive an email with tracking information).

Where To Input Your Voucher Code
On the account creation page you will see a field asking for a coupon code. Please input your voucher code here and your order will be setup for you based on the terms of the voucher.
Tell Us If There Is A Week You Cannot Receive Delivery
If there is a week in the 5 weeks subsequent to when you create your account when you will be away or otherwise cannot receive delivery, it is imperative that you tell us when you are creating your account. Once your account has been created (you see a screen saying "Thank You"), click on the Skip Deliveries tab at the top of the screen and mark yourself as on vacation for any week you cannot receive delivery (please select Sunday - Saturday for the week you need to skip).
When You Will Receive Your Order
Once you
setup your account with your voucher code and any vacation dates, we will go and setup your delivery for the next delivery date we have available. Once we do this you will receive an email with the subject "Welcome to Macro-Mediterranean". When you receive this email, please login to your account and check the date your order is setup for so you know when to expect it or request a change if necessary.
Make Sure You Receive Our Emails
Please add all emails coming from macro-mediterranean.com to your spam filter whitelist so you are sure to receive our welcome email. If for some reason you have not received this email by mid-day on the Wednesday following your account creation, please log in to your account or get in touch with us via email or phone to find out when your delivery is scheduled. |
