Our Extreme program as its name suggests is our most portion-controlled meal plan, but despite that clients generally tell us that it is not hard to follow. Since our meals work to stabilize blood sugars as they are consumed, the body doesn’t tend to feel as much discomfort when compared to traditional portion-control alone, while still receiving a gentle, but firm message that it needs to “make-up” the missing calories from its own stored-calorie reserves*.
We achieve this by providing the equivalent of one main meal per day (eaten all at lunch, or split into a half-serving eaten at lunch and dinner). You then eat 2 side dishes per day (either both for dinner, or one accompanying each main meal). With our 21-meal option you also have one of our unique Chi-noa smoothies for breakfast to round out your experience.
